Fairway Court presented the opportunity to develop a small building for sale project with three buildings totaling 32,000 square feet. While small buildings were in high demand, it was extremely difficult for users to find small, freestanding buildings with high demand features in the Santa Clarita submarket. Fairway Court utilized a condominium map providing freestanding buildings in a campus environment, common outdoor areas and a building with a yard.
