Having successfully executed repositioning of over $2 billion in commercial real estate, the principals have a diverse background in acquisitions, development, project management, marketing, leasing, asset management, financing and sales and dispositions.

Fairway Commercial Partners was founded and 2000 and is directed by President and CEO Rod K. Oshita. His responsibilities include strategically planning company direction, overseeing operations, raising private equity, and negotiating and securing debt. He is known for his forward thinking and award winning history of sourcing opportunities, assessing risks and executing successful investment strategies

With over 25 years of industry experience including acquisitions, dispositions and development, he has successfully executed repositioning of over $2 billion in commercial real estate. This experience has delivered a solid Institutional understanding of the real estate deal making process and a creative willingness to drive the best solutions to maximize returns.

Mr. Oshita is a graduate from the University of California Irvine, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). He is a member of the board of the United States Team Handball Foundation and was a member of the United States Olympic Teams in 1984 & 1988. He also serves in the “Ready Set Gold” program, mentoring to LAUSD students on health and fitness as long term goals.
