Fairway Commercial Partners developed 20758 Centre Pointe Parkway on a speculative basis. At 27,560 square feet, the project was sized to sit squarely in the most active sector of the Santa Clarita submarket. The building featured dock high loading and knockouts were incorporated into the design for additional loading doors and an additional entrance. This made the building easy to subdivide, if necessary, and provided for high flexibility at minimal cost.
